I just placed and order. When can I expect my goods?
Unless noted as a made-to-order item, all orders will ship from my studio via UPS ground within 3 - 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent by email when your order has shipped. Packages will take 1 - 5 business days to arrive after they have shipped.
Made-to-order items can take up to 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Please email hello@juliaelsas.com for more information or if you require expedited shipping or if you want to schedule a Brooklyn pick up.
The wall hook / vase / menorah I want is sold out! Will you restock?
Sold out wall hook styles can be pre-ordered and will take 3-4 weeks to make and ship. Vases, menorahs, and other objets d’art are all handmade and one-of-a-kind. If an item you love is marked as sold out, email me at hello@juliaelsas.com, and I’m happy to discuss making a similar item for you. Depending on my studio schedule, custom orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to complete and ship.
How are my goods packed?
In an effort to reduce waste, all ceramics are packed with recyclable paper and cardboard. The packing peanuts included in your order are ECO peanuts, which are 100% biodegradable and dissolve in water. Please reuse or recycle the packaging materials.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
I am happy to send you a quote for international shipping. Email your mailing address and the item(s) you are interested in purchasing to hello@juliaelsas.com. Any additional customs or duties charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is the best way to install my ceramic wall hooks?
Contrasting colored powder-coated screws and anchors are included for wall hook installation. When installed into a stud or with provided anchors into drywall, mounted wall hooks can hold up to 5 lbs.
To install wall hooks into drywall using anchors:
Measure and mark placement of the anchor holes. Pre-drill holes into drywall and hammer anchor into hole. Align wall hook hole with the drywall anchor. Secure the wall hook with the provided screw into each anchor. Screwdriver recommended for finishing installation. Do not over tighten.
While wall hooks are very sturdy, they are ceramic and can break with over tightening.

What is your return policy?
Please choose carefully when placing your order as all online sales are final. I do my best to photograph each item accurately, but due to computer monitor variations, the color on your monitor might slightly vary from the color on mine.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery to discuss replacement or refund options.
I do not do returns or replacements of products purchased from one of my stockists.
Do you take custom orders, work collaboratively, or offer wholesale?
